DAVID ROSENBERG

David Rosenberg has been in the commercial real estate advisory and lending business for 25 years.   David is dedicated to solving the most complex commercial real estate transactions.  As an advisor, he has successfully placed billions of dollars of debt and equity on all commercial asset classes across the country. 

His expertise in debt and equity financing runs the gamut — from land acquisition to construction to bridge to permanent financing.  He has developed valued relationships with the most recognizable institutional capital providers as well as with more specialized, niche investors.

David began his real estate career as a lender in the early 90’s at Chase Manhattan Bank and then held the position of Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers in their Global Real Estate Group from 1998 to 2008.  At Lehman, David originated in excess of $3B of senior loans, b-notes and mezzanine loans. He was responsible for originating, structuring, managing credit underwriting, and closing over 300 transactions across all property types. 

He earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and MBA from Columbia.
